Complete the implementation of Root Analysis

Root Analysis is used to calculate which reference objects need to be pushed onto the root stack and which do not.
If one reference is active entirely during the lifespan of another, then it will not need to be pushed on the root stack.
There is some implementation of Root Analysis in the aspect GCSynch.jrag already, though this seems to be incomplete.
