Have a possibility to have a liquid issue of a journal that automatically contains all resources in the cooking area

Since I started to create several liquid journals, I noticed that it would be nice to make the resources added there publicly available, even though I have not created any solid issue. Would it be possible to have (may be not for each journal, but you can configure when creating a journal and also later) a liquid issue that automatically contains everything from the cooking area in the journal?
