Xed : Have an option to change the toolbar's icons size

The option to change the icon size is available in most Linux Mint menus, but not in Xed. Changing icon size would be a middle ground between full size icons and no toolbar at all. This feature would be useful to have a more compact window, while still having useful functions easily clickable.
