Packages for Webcam Firmwares

Packages for firmwares such as HP Ricoh Webcams would be a very convenient and useful addition. Currently, for webcams such as the r5u870 webcam we need to download and compile source code. This can easily be avoided for the user's benefit.

Well.... This isn't really a good idea because there are simply too many webcams and many are built-in, the better idea would be to add it to the software center to DOWNLOAD optionally.... :) And let the users add firmware links to auto download and auto install, and an auto detector that detects your webcam and requests if you would like to install the firmware or not, now that is what should happen. :)
