live video wallpaper backgrounds as default

It would be great if there is a default option to easily set up a video wallpaper. And it should be possible to add, open, or edit files and folders on the desktop while the live video wallpaper is on.
For example:
Menu > Preferences > Backgrounds > Images / Video / Settings
and
Drop down menu > Set as video wallpaper
