uniform look for KDE user/root apps

In LinuxMint KDE after changing KDE color scheme, all user KDE apps use new colors, but root KDE apps still use Oxygen Cold colors.
It's not a bug, because in /root there are settings, which have Oxygen Cold, but if it was possible to make root apps use user's KDE colors/fonts/etc (e.g. by using symlinks), it would be great.
