Ubuntu 12.10 ppa shouldn't be listed as "Precise Pangolin"

Registered by Bongsunra

Hey people,
I wanted to report this as a bug or as a question, but the first seems to complicated for me and the latter is not supported here, so I just put it as a "blueprint", whatever this is..
I am using Linux Mint 14 (Mate) - the german version-, which is based on Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal).
Today I tried to fix my repos, which was successful. Of course I also need the repos from Ubuntu 12.10 - so I added these:
---
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal-security main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ quantal partner
---
They seem to be the correct repos.
There is just one problem - In the "gui", where all external repos are listed ( Tab "andere Software" under "Software-Quellen")
the repos are listed as "Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin", which is incorrect!
The address is: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/
"Distribution: quantal"
"Komponenten: main restricted universe multiverse"

I am quite shure this is a bug.
Please help me out, with Information.
Thanks!

With regards,

Sebastian
