it would be better if linux can adopt GOOGLE IME aka GOOGLE input tools into Linux cinnamon editions. The normal way of typing in indic languages is cumbersome whereas google input tools provides the way for typing in indic languages i.e if you want to type in indic language the similar spelling in english is used after giving the space the english words change accordingly the language selected .
