Add Thuderbird Lightning Extension

The use of Thunderbird in linux mint, as opposed to Evolution, was a good choice. However, Thunderbird by default cannot act as an organizer. If the Lightning extension tasks and a calendar could be added to Thunderbird. This would make it a better replacement for Evolution.
