Allow GUI access to system-config-printer via Printers

I'm currently using LM14 beta, and would like for the Printers GUI to allow access to system-config-printer (via a button), as it would greatly simplify printer configuration for less experienced users.
The "system-config-printer-gnome" package is installed by default, and "system-config-printer" is executable from the commandline.
