Suport for mobile Devices ?

Microsoft has announced to develop Visual C++ and I think MS Office for Linux.
Why ?
They have many problems with Win10 for Desktop PCs, because many people dont want to buy a Desktop PC,
They buy a Tablet.
So I think, if we don't want to vanish with Desktop PCs, we should begin to develop our Desktops for mobile Devices too.
It would be great too, if we build in similar functions like maruos, that would be awesome ;)
