a checkbox option in softwarelist to select only graphical and fully tested softwares

- By clicking on the checbox, only graphical softwares will appear. (No terminal applications).
- Each application would be severely tested (or mayby by adding another checkbox "fully tested") : this enable the final user to select quickly great applications. For application that not meet the "quality requirement", a form would be send to the developper/team explaining the reasons of the reject (bug found, etc).
To resume, the quality checkbox would be like the the stars currently present in the softwarelist, but in more developped
