save-as-Dialog with full filemanager functions

what i often miss in Linux Mint (as a former windows user) are the limited functions of the file manager Nemo. One function i really miss is that it is not possible to edit files and folders in the "Save as" dialog. It is not possible to change file and folder names and not possible to move or copy folders and files. That is a function that is often needet, speciaally if you need to sort files into a big allready existing archiv and you want to do some reoganisation work just before you save the new file.

Woiuld be great if you could add that in coming versions.
