Have Brightness change on Idle option for all idleing not just on battery

Under PowerManagement there is an option for "on battery, dim screen when inactive"
It would be great if this could be when plugged in aswell. As there is no need for an idle screen to be full brightness.
This could be done with another option "on power, dim screen when inactive". Or a tickbox for onpower aswell.
