Patch synaptic and software-properties to adapt to Mint

In Synaptic, the Mark All upgrades button should be hidden. Novice users should rely on mintUpdate, experimented ones on apt.

In software-properties-gtk/kde, the tabs Statistics and Updates should be hidden. They don't make any sense for Linux Mint as they assume the presence of the Ubuntu update manager.

re: kernel updates from Brett: you can enable kernel updates in mintUpdate by enabling level 5 visibility, so it is not necessary to use the command-line to update the kernel. -- emorrp1
