mintmenu: Edit item properties

Add the possibility to edit the items in the menu.
Right click an item. Select "Properties", a dialog opens allowing you to change the menu item properties.

Implemented by Icius. Merged in the master branch for mintmenu. Will be included in Mint 9.
Note: Doesn't really work for favorites... as they're already copied elsewhere... bug needs to be addressed.
~Update: Fixed. Removed the option for favorites.
