mintInstall could use a welcome screen to be more user/beginner-friendly

I would like to see a screen that contains the titles of the most important (if not all) application categories with the top-3 or top-5 best rated software for each category. This screen could be displayed quite fast and the rest of the applications inside mintInstall could load in the background or even NOT LOAD AT ALL but wait for the user to pick a category and only then load the needed application list. This could be even faster and better, considering we rarely browse ALL categories.
