Add filters and uninstall option in mintinstall

Add filters to the mintinstall to distinguish between apps that are already installed and those that are not. Also change the install button into uninstall if the app is already installed. Finally, make a sort of cart system where you can apply all your proposed changes at once (like ubuntu or the featured apps section in mintinstall)
