Mint Specific OpenOffice to override Ubuntu Openoffice

Registered by Old Marcus

Similar to Firefox, Mint could have its own OpenOfice in the mint repos, which override the Ubuntu repos. This would allow, on updates to OpenOffice, things such as the splash screens being preserved, and possibly allowing Mint to have a more up to date version of OpenOffice available.
