mintmenu: save space on the headers

Tthe mintMenu has one obvious area that is unnecessary, and that is the header that says Programs. As seen in this [http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm167/Rovanion/mintMenu.png] screenshot of the mintMenu the header Program takes up quite some space leaving a lot of grey area to the left while having another smaller header under that says All Programs. With the Favourites part open the lower label says Favourites.

This title serves no purpose since the subtitle tells what the area is used for. So this large could be shaved off and save up quite some space as shown in this screenshot: http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm167/Rovanion/mintMenuImproved.png

On another note: The Mint specific menu entries needs translation.

Clem: Techically, this can be achieved by getting rid of the plugin titles, and introducing embedded smaller headers for the ones which don't have any already (system, places, documents..etc).
