Register and click upload > Some minor settings files such as important ones from ~/.mozilla, skype, and other programs with data you wish to transfer between installs + some minor settings such as compiz, theme, preferences, are sent and stored on-line. The user may then retrieve theses settings after a reinstall, system loss, upgrade, moving to a new PC.
