MintKDE: Use Arora as default browser

Idea is to finally kick out Konqueror for Arora, the Kubuntu guys wanted to do it but backed off - mainly due to picking a bad Arora build (0.8). The 0.9 release already is much better and by the time the next Mint KDE hits the market, arora will be a past a stable 1.0 release and probably including working adblock, too. Of course this would mean to include Arora in the Mint repositories, because Kubuntu will be most likely stuck on a buggy 0.8 or 0.9 release.
As further differentiation to Kubuntu I would also like to see Firefox stay in the default install as backup / alternative, because there are still a lot of websites out there that don't support webkit.
