Adding An "Advance Search" button /hotlink

There's something that always bothered me about the the custom Google search page within Firefox while using Mint, the lack of an "Advance Search" button or hot link. After performing a Google search, if there are outdated links at the top of the search results, I would like to be able to use Google's advance search function to show only search results created in the last month/year/etc.
