Adding support for 3 finger gestures in mint

Windows and mac both have support for 3 finger gestures, which are really convenient. There's no good way to enable this in Linux mint. Can this please be added? For reference, the gestures typically used are as follows:

3 fingers down minimizes everything
3 fingers up is equivalent to alt-tab that stays open until further notice
3 fingers right or left switching between windows, where left goes to the previous one in alt tab and right cycles to the next one in alt tab.
