placing the first item of rightclick-menu UNDER the cursor for faster access

If i do a rightclick, i usually want to choose something from the menu showing up then. If the first - or most used - menuitem appears directly UNDER the cursor, i only would have to leftclick to choose without moving the mouse -> much better workflow ...
