Add the feature to change the color of the mate clock and to shadow the time

In Mate Environment, Users can not edit the color of the clock and shadow the time.
So when I use the transparent panel on the dark wallpaper, I can't see the clock at all.
Please add the feature that is able to change the color of the clock and to shadow the time.
