Alter search results of the LM start menu for specific strings ("Search Exeption")

Registered by Robert Tausig

I added a URL from stackexchange to make the issue understandable. I call the following proposed feature "search exeption" (SE).

It would be great if one could right-click on an item after typing a string, and select "Ignore others for given input".
In the example of the URL, one would type "windowskey + "dow", right-click on "Downloads" and select "Ignore others for given input".
As of now, nothing happens if right-clicking on the results. I propose 3 Options when right-clicking:

-) Ignore others for given input (add an entry to SE)
-) Stop ignore others for given input (remove an entry from SE)
-) Revert to standard for all inputs (remove all entries from SE)

Implementation-wise the search would probably have to check all entries in the SE, stored in a file somewhere. I don't expect a noticable degradation in speed, since for the overwhelming majority of users there will be less than 50 entries in the SE.
