Muti-language FAQ and 'welcome' screen

It's a good idea to have a welcome screen when users firstly turn on the OS after they install it. However, it may be better to have a multi language web pages corresponding to it. I read most of the help pages from the welcome screen, they quite helpful. But for people who don't speak English, it would be quite a disappointment to see a local language welcome screen but then be redirected to a foreign help page. Thanks, great OS.
