Include the drivers for the SiS 771/671

This is version 0.9 beta of the Winischhofer SiS 771/671 driver with Bartlomiej's modifications. The driver now works with Ubuntu Jaunty and provides 2D acceleration (XAA).
Bartlomiej has been kind enough to provide a handy deb package which easily installed with apt. The file /etc/X11/xorg.conf shouldn't contain any modifications. The default version provided by Canonical should do.
