Include fstab and .gtk-bookmarks in mint backup. Creat batch backups.

I suggest 2 improvements to the mint backup tool:
- Include useful system files on it. Namely fstab (which doesn't belong to the home directory), and the hidden .gtk-bookmarks which is hidden on the root of the home directory and because of that its not being backed up.
- It would be nice if existed some was of doing automatic backups of a specific directory (in the network). For example, before every shutdown, or before every shutdown on every Friday (or the first the computer was shutdown after that date).
