An Idea for Blueprint

I think that the blueprint site should be organized sort of like how digg is, in the sense that users should be able to vote for the best ideas and so that it is easier for the developers to streamline their work to the ideas which are considered 'best' by the community at large...

Though, i'm a total noob and i have no idea how to do any of that... -_-
