put linux mint art in grub as background

put some monocrhomatic samll linux mint art in the grub loader so the people that run windows and mint in a dual boot can feel at home with some linux mint art as background in grub... it only takes to modify a small line in the grub configuration but if it comes out of the box would be just nice. (most of the people evaluate a distro for the graphic stuff)
