Configure xorg and set scaling after fglrx install

Once fglrx installed it's necessary to run "aticonfig --initial" for xorg to use it.
It's also necessary to adjust the scalling value to 0% in CCC otherwise the desktop isn't full screen.
Is it possible to have those steps done "automagically"?
Setting the pixel format to "full rgb" is another thing i does each time because colors are really better like this, but maybe not a needed change for everyone.
