extend backup tool

These are my suggestions for extending the functionality of the backup tool.
- Run as regular user, defaulting to running users home.
- Move package backup to software tool or make the app two tier and move elevated privileges to when they are needed, ie package and system file backup.
- Include rescue mode on disc with offer to restore system from backup, think system restore or time machine.

The features below could all be achieved through the first one:
- Backup profiles, decide what you want to backup and how. Offer to create new profile if the current selection is new.
- Compress backup as default.
- Exclude cache files, web cache spotify ect.
