Middle click window title bar to move it to other monitor

There needs to be an easy way for dual monitor users to move windows between monitors. The current method of un-maximizing, dragging and re-maximizing is terrible. I highly recommend adding the ability to middle click on the title bar of a window to move it to the other monitor. This should work on maximized and not maximized windows. This type of feature is invaluable to any user who works with two monitors.
