Revert changes timer after applying display settings changes

When you change a Display setting such as resolution, refresh rate, or rotation, and hit Apply, Mint should show a revert changes timer box, so that if you don't click OK to keep the changes within 15 seconds, Mint will revert the changes. Because currently you can apply a setting that blacks out your monitor and then you're stuck with a black screen and no way way to fix it.
