Disable emulating middle click by clicking both buttons by default

By default, the mouse option to emulate a middle click by pressing both mouse buttons is enabled. This feature is almost certainly useless to the vast majority of users, and introduces a non-trivial amount of input delay when clicking either button. Disabling it by default will save new users the extra step of troubleshooting and disabling a feature they have almost no use for.
