Mounting the extraspace of Live usb in cinnamon

I noticed that KDE versions of Linux Mint automatically mount the remaining available space on a Live USB ...
Why Cinnamon releases show only the File system drive that has only the volume specified in the persistance and not the remaining space on the USB drive ?
I love Cinnamon for its smoother faster booting and shutting down, but the issue with the USB full capacity not showing is still forcing me to use a KDE release in which the memory required for booting is more and it is required to click some button before shutting down.
This calls for either or both : solving mounting issue in Cinnamon and enhancing boot and shut down speed in KDE ...
