an alarm to let the user know the battery is low on power

this alarm could be set at a level the user chooses and the sound could be changed to any wav file or mp3 file the user has on their computer, it would be good if this feature could be enabled/disabled as the user required, this feature would also come in handy as a warning for low battery when the user is cycling their battery
