App-specific audio output device

In the system tray sound controls, enable choosing output devices for specific apps (similar to the now implemented global output device selector). E.g. music player through HDMI/home theatre while all other sounds are sent through PC speakers, or voice chat through headset while all other sounds are sent through speakers.
