Allow louder then 100% - checkbox

While currently you can move volume past 100%, it's currently inconvient to handle, forcing you to go into settings each and everytime you want to raise the volume past 100% and using the volume keys to raise and lower volume drops volume to or under 100% with no ability to push it back past 100% without bringing up settings again and dragging the volume past 100% again.
So I would recommend doing what Ubuntu is already doing by adding a "Allow louder then 100%" checkbox that when check you can use the volume keys/buttons to go past the normal 100%.
This is something I'd myself value as my computer's normal "100%" is pretty low. Just a little detail that could be refined a little further.
