Online Browser Based Virtual System

My idea is this, why dont we make a browser based virtual system? What im saying is that why not have Linux Mint in a browser, you can do everything that you could from downloading the program (Say, if you dont have the space on your RAM.) And you can export your saves to your computer, so when you come back and load the file up, everything will be there.
