Comply with Wordnik's changed Terms of Service & Attribution policy
Wordnik's official terms that we need to support:
- using a "Powered by Wordnik" logo and linking to wordnik.com from all services and applications that use Wordnik data
- linking to wordnik.
- showing attributions, copyright notices, and other identification metadata that appear in the Wordnik data (for example, definitions from the American Heritage dictionaries must show the appropriate attribution and copyright information)

Here's what I propose for the logo: Just stick it in the About box.
For the link: At the bottom of every definition page, we should have a small hyperlink that says "View this definition online" or something similar.
For attribution data, we need to support the brand-new API spec that includes this data. Additionally we need some more text tags/formatting to display it, if needed.
