Provide a Linaro image with a set of developer-oriented tools installed by default
There is demand for an image that comes with developer-oriented tools installed by default - compilers, debugging tools and profiling tools, particularly for kernel development but also for user space. Capture these requirements and provide an image that includes these tools by default.
UDS session should cover the requirements for the headless image also.
