KVM next steps for 1Q2012 deliverables

Last quarter covered a KVM prototype and the first stages of KVM
support in qemu-linaro. A rough estimate is that we have 9 calendar
months worth of work to go. Discuss what to do in this quarter and
the concrete things to achieve.

PENDING: Peter and Michael should have done the epic plan before Connect
based on that, may want to update the title of this blueprint
Discuss:
 * Missing base level features
 * Any patches that are needed for KVM in the linux-linaro kernel
 * Producing a hardware pack for the host and guest
 * Producing a guest image
 * Current performance issues
 * Bringing in virtio into QEMU and the kernel
 * Integration with Ubuntu
