Resyncing U-Boot-Linaro with upstream U-Boot (11.09)
After 2 months of PXE and SPL integration, it's a good time to do a sync with upstream, flushing our own modifications and syncing with latest patches that got applied upstream.

Whiteboard
[asac, Sep 27, 2011]: please provide more regular status updates if things are blocked/not moving/moving so outsiders can better understand where we stand.
[jcrigby, Sep 28, 2011]; The upstreaming will take a bit longer as there is some clean up needed.
[rsalveti, Sep 29, 2011]: Upstreaming doesn't block the blueprint, so can be postponed if needed.
[jcrigby, Sep 29, 2011]: Ok we know there are cache issues but not how to fix them other than reverting upstream patches. So upstreaming and cache investigation need to go to next month. All other tasks done. Ubuntu is using latest PXE so the PXE doc tast is DONE also.
Headline: Local modifications at U-Boot-Linaro are all sent upstream, and code is rebased against U-Boot v2011.09.
Acceptance: Rebase against v2011.09, local modifications at least published upstream (that makes sense), no major regression.
