Push Multi-Arch changes for Cross Build enablement at Ubuntu Precise

At https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-ubuntu/+spec/cross-build-firefox-chromium-multiarch a bunch of packages were changed to enable cross build of firefox and chromium using multiarch. Most of the changes are part of the staging PPA, and would be good to push the changes back to Ubuntu/Debian, at least by filling the bugs and attaching the patches.
