Create big.LITTLE specific image
With the big.LITTLE QA effort, there's a demand to produce a specific image with all the components related with big.LITTLE testing/validation already included by default.
This is important as customizing an image using FastModels takes a big amount of time.

Headline: The developer platform team now provides an image for big.LITTLE testing, with all testing components integrated by default.
Acceptance: New image created for big.LITTLE (fast models) based on nano or developer. Test cases and useful tools integrated as part of the image. Image published the same way as nano, developer, alip and desktop (based on precise/armhf).
