Integrate Unity 3D 11.08 components
Integrate all Linaro GWG Unity-3D 11.08 related deliverables into the stable release.
Basically an update against 11.07, making it available by default the same way as before.

[rsalveti, Aug 22, 2011] This month only Compiz is going to be released by the GWG, as they are now focusing on upstreaming the changes to deliver them at Oneiric.
[rsalveti, Aug 31, 2011] Properly integrated and released for 11.08. Need to improve communication with upstream, and try to set up a CI loop here.
Headline: Ubuntu LEB 11.08 desktop image contains the Compiz 0.9.5 2011.08 release, improving the user experience of the Unity 3D desktop.
Acceptance: Installing the panda-x11-base hwpack on top of the ubuntu-desktop rootfs and being able to log-in and use the Ubuntu session (Unity 3d), without any major regression from 11.07.
