Integrate linaro-powerdebug 2011.07 into Ubuntu/LEB
Integrate linaro-powerdebug 11.07 release at the Ubuntu/LEB Overlay PPA.
Make sure it works properly against the stable release (Natty based), and if possible, also make it available for the Overlay Oneiric series or Ubuntu Oneiric itself (preferred).
